Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Enablement & Change Management Specialist to support rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, and enablement initiatives across the VS&A Sales Organization. You will coordinate change management activities and communications to keep sellers informed and prepared.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in sales, sales support, sales/business operations, marketing, communications, or related role.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple projects, coordinate training logistics, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Confidence in presenting to and facilitating training sessions for large groups and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for sales, process coordination, and enabling sales team success.

Responsabilidades

• Change Management & Sales Tool Enablement: Primary contact for VS&A sales tool rollouts, Salesforce enhancements, and process changes; develop change plans and coordinate rollout activities.
• Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead VS&A enablement communications, newsletters, and program messaging across channels to ensure clarity on changes and impact.
• Training Coordination & Facilitation: Schedule and deliver training for new VS&A tools and enablement initiatives, including large‑scale sessions and workshops.
• Cross-Functional Alignment & Seller Experience: Represent Enablement in VS&A discussions to align priorities and improve the seller experience.
