Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Enablement & Change Management Specialist to drive the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of sales tools and processes within the VS&A Sales Organization. You will coordinate change management activities, communications, and training to ensure sellers are informed and equipped.

As a liaison among Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and cross‑functional partners, you will simplify the seller experience, improve alignment, and boost productivity

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in sales, sales support, ops, marketing, or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new software/tools.
• Highly organized with strong time management; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Sales Enablement point of contact for VS&A tool rollouts and Salesforce enhancements.
• Lead communications and stakeholder engagement for enablement programs across channels.
• Coordinate training activities, logistics, materials, and follow-up communications; facilitate large-group sessions.
• Represent Sales Enablement in cross-functional discussions to align priorities and improve the seller experience.
