Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Enablement & Change Management Specialist to drive rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of sales tools and processes within the VS&A Sales Organization. You will coordinate change plans, communications, and training to ensure sellers are informed, equipped, and supported through new tools, with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead change management for VS&A sales tools rollouts and Salesforce enhancements.
• Coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement across sales enablement channels.
