Tualcom in Northern Virginia is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to sit at the heart of our US sales operation, shaping how the team sells, performs and grows. You will bridge our US team with global HQ in Türkiye, driving processes, data and enablement initiatives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to optimize CRM/ERP usage, onboarding and training, while coordinating proposals, pricing and events.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales or sales enablement in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong CRM/ERP capability and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, marketing and engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales processes, productivity, KPIs and reporting.
• Improve CRM, ERP and sales operating processes.
• Coordinate proposals, pricing, orders and fulfilment.
• Manage lead distribution and support selected customer accounts.
• Develop onboarding, training and product enablement.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns, collateral and lead generation.
• Help coordinate major US and international trade events.
