Job summary

Motion seeks a Sales Enablement Trainer to guide onboarding and ongoing training across field sales. You will partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to define and deliver programs that align with local priorities and growth opportunities.

You will design and implement metrics to measure program effectiveness, utilizing data to close gaps and improve performance. The role involves creating enablement tools and delivering sessions at multiple sites, including Birmingham.

Qualifications

• bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is typically required.
• Five or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training across field sales.
• Plans and participates in new hire training and sales training activities.
• Designs metrics to measure enablement program effectiveness and impact.
• Uses data to identify priorities and gaps; supports end-to-end enablement solutions.
• Develops sales enablement tools and materials for revenue generation.
• Delivers training sessions at assigned locations, including support at the Birmingham center.
