UL Solutions in Raleigh, NC is seeking a customer-focused specialist to support sales by handling inquiries, generating quotes, and processing orders. You will collaborate with account managers, SE/ISEs, and delivery teams to ensure timely, accurate service and strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or inside sales, proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

High school diploma.
2+ years of related experience in Customer Service and/or Inside Sales.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Business acumen with an understanding of sales processes.
Highly organized with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Handles customer inquiries by phone or email and completes admin tasks.
Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to meet TIC certification requirements.
Develops and shares quotes using pricing tools with limited supervision.
Processes quotes into orders in ERP and supports account managers.
Assists SE/ISEs and delivery teams with administrative tasks.
Mentors colleagues and connects customers to UL personnel as needed.
Tracks account history and data to support opportunities and sales strategy.
Collaborates with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure clear messaging.
Completes diverse high-complexity assignments and meets timelines.
