Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking an experienced Sales Training Specialist to lead the development and ongoing training of new sales employees during the first 120 days of employment. You will design an engaging onboarding journey, deliver product and sales training, and apply adult learning principles to build effective learning experiences.

You will partner with sales leadership to ensure new hires achieve competency and productivity, while tracking progress and continuously improving the program based

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning and corporate training.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering structured new hire training programs.
• Knowledge of sales processes and CRM workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a comprehensive training program for new sales hires over 120 days.
• Deliver onboarding, product, process, compliance, and sales training.
• Coach and assess trainees, track progress and coach post-training development.
• Create training materials, guides, and assessments and maintain training records.
