Job summary

Snap Finance US is hiring an experienced Sales Training Specialist to lead the development and ongoing training of new sales employees during the first 120 days of employment. You will design engaging onboarding, product knowledge, and compliance training, partnering with sales leadership to ensure successful ramp and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in adult learning, corporate training or instructional design.
• Experience designing or delivering structured new hire training programs.
• Experience in financial lending or consumer finance is preferred.
• Support sales teams and develop sales knowledge and skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce including processes, reporting and CRM workflows.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and coaching abilities.
• Ability to explain complex lending and compliance concepts clearly.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a comprehensive 120-day training program for new sales hires.
• Deliver onboarding, product, process, compliance and sales training sessions.
• Apply adult learning principles to create practical learning experiences.
• Build learning milestones for day 1 to day 120.
• Train new hires on consumer lending products, regulations, and CRM workflows.
• Provide ongoing coaching, assessments and skill reinforcement.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual and on-the-job training.
• Create training materials, guides, and knowledge checks.
• Monitor progress, identify gaps, and provide targeted support.
• Collaborate with managers for post-training coaching and performance development.
• Track completion, proficiency, productivity and retention metrics.
