Job summary

Nooks is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to scale how we enable our customer-facing teams in the United States. You will own a broad set of initiatives from content management to product training, skill development, and systems enablement, driving cross-functional GTM impact.

In this role, you will deploy and maintain CMS/KMS content, build high-quality AI coaching bots, scorecards, and battlecards, and help onboard and continuously onboard teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of SDR Enablement / Sales Enablement / Customer Success Enablement or Revenue Enablement experience.
• Experience building and scaling enablement programs with measurable impact.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear guidance for SDRs and CS teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement initiatives for product and process updates across GTM teams.
• Develop and maintain content in CMS/KMS and ensure accessibility for GTM orgs.
• Configure AI coaching bots, scorecards, and battlecards to reflect product changes.
• Expand onboarding and ongoing enablement for product, tech stack, and processes.
• Measure program effectiveness via feedback, adoption metrics, and performance data.
