Nooks.ai is seeking a Head of GTM Enablement to build the team and systems supporting the revenue organization through rapid growth. You will design strategy and infrastructure for how our GTM team learns, ramps, and develops.

You should have operated in a hyper-growth environment, understand what great selling looks like, and bring strong technical abilities to rethink enablement for the AI era.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enabling high-growth B2B tech teams.
• Ability to operate in a hyper-growth environment with fast product velocity.
• Astute product aptitude; translate product capabilities into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Build the enablement operating system for Nooks.
• Make product expertise a competitive advantage.
• Keep GTM ahead of product velocity with repeatable launch-readiness.
• Own onboarding and ramp for GTM roles.
• Raise the bar on revenue skills with programs, playbooks, coaching, certifications, and more.
• Establish measurable outcomes to show impact on behavior and performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing enablement team.
