Job summary

BD is seeking a Manager of Sales Enablement to design and deliver training for the Peripheral Intervention sales team. The role includes onboarding field representatives, coordinating field rides and physician meetings, and collaborating with the Director to deploy training initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive clinical knowledge in minimally invasive procedures, plus 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years clinical experience in minimally invasive endovascular/open surgery.
• 3–5 years sales experience; experience with disposable or small capital medical products preferred.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge; stand-up trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-board field-based representatives and coordinate field rides.
• Create, revise, publish, and evaluate self-paced training materials and online eLearning modules.
• Manage agendas, curricula and training materials for Sales Academy and regional meetings.
• Develop and manage an LMS; create online modules and quizzes.
• Monitor training activities and ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Support international training initiatives as needed.
