Zusammenfassung

BD is seeking a Manager of Sales Enablement to develop curricula and deliver training for the Peripheral Intervention sales team. The role includes onboarding field representatives, coordinating field rides, meetings, and industry events, with travel to Tempe, AZ required.

Extensive disease state knowledge and clinical experience in minimally invasive procedures are essential. Remote work is possible, but regular travel to the Tempe headquarters is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in minimally invasive endovascular/open surgery.
• 3–5 years of documented sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling disposable or small capital medical products preferred.
• Experience with BDPI devices is preferred.
• Travel approximately 30% is required.

Aufgaben

• On-board field-based representatives and develop self-paced training materials.
• Create and manage curricula for Sales Academy and regional meetings.
• Develop and maintain a formal Learning Management System content repository.
• Produce monthly updates to track training impact and coordinate cross-functional projects.
