Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company focused on advancing healthcare solutions. The Manager of Sales Enablement will design curricula and training for the BD Peripheral Intervention sales team, including onboarding field representatives and coordinating field activities with leadership.

The role requires extensive clinical knowledge, instructional design expertise, and the ability to deliver both in-person and virtual training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years clinical experience in minimally invasive endovascular/open surgery.
• 3–5 years sales experience preferred; experience with disposable or small capital medical products preferred.
• Experience selling BDPI devices preferred.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning experience preferred; able to stand up training.

Responsibilities

• On-board field-based representatives and coordinate field rides with Regional Manager.
• Develop and manage curricula, training materials, and delivery for Sales Academy programs.
