Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years clinical experience in minimally invasive procedures.
• 3–5 years sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Experience with BDPI devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard field-based representatives and coordinate field rides.
• Develop and deliver Sales Academy, Advanced Sales Academy, and regional meetings.
• Maintain and improve LMS content and online modules.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report monthly updates.
• Collaborate on cross-functional training initiatives.
