Job summary

BD seeks a Manager of Sales Enablement to design and deliver sales training programs for the Peripheral Intervention team. The role includes onboarding field representatives, field rides, physician meetings, and coordinating training initiatives with the Director of Sales Enablement.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in instructional design, eLearning, LMS administration, and experience delivering live and virtual training across diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years clinical experience in minimally invasive endovascular and/or open surgery.
• Minimum of 3-5 years documented sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling BDPI devices preferred.
• Extensive disease state knowledge as well as clinical experience in minimally invasive and surgical procedures required.
• Travel is required, approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, publish, and evaluate self-paced training materials and online eLearning modules.
• Coordinate field ride assignments in collaboration with Regional Manager.
• Manage agenda, curricula and training materials for and presentation/delivery of Sales Academy, Advanced Sales Academy, Local, National, and Regional Meetings.
• Assist with the development and management of a formalized Learning Management System; create online eLearning content and quizzes.
• Monitor and measure field training activities completed by sales and clinical trainers with new hires.
• Produce monthly and bi-annual updates to track performance and impact of training programs.
