N8n is seeking an Enablement Manager to lead the training and ramp efforts for a fast-growing AI-powered product team in New York. You will build onboarding for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering, design certifications and kickoff events, and establish KPIs to measure results.

A strong candidate has at least four years in enablement at a product-led software company and experience supporting teams selling to technical buyers.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of enablement work at a fast-growing product-led software company.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new hires in Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
• Develop certifications, kickoff events and related enablement programs.
• Create and monitor enablement KPIs and scorecards to measure impact.
