Job summary

Total Quality Logistics seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to drive strategy, design, and continuous improvement of our sales enablement and learning ecosystem. You will work with Sales Leadership, Learning & Development, and top sales teams to benchmark programs and implement innovative enablement solutions that equip professionals to succeed.

Qualifications

5+ years designing and implementing inside sales training, sales enablement, or commercial learning programs.
10+ years in a commercial, for-profit business environment.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
Experience in inside sales or high-performance sales organizations is strongly preferred.
Proven success developing sales enablement strategies that improve seller performance.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and continuous improvement of the sales enablement and learning ecosystem to accelerate new hire success and increase productivity.
Evaluate current sales training programs and benchmark against industry best practices.
Develop and execute a strategy to evolve the enablement ecosystem, improving onboarding, ramp time, and retention.
Design scalable learning experiences across instructor-led, cohort-based, virtual, self-paced, and on-demand formats.
Establish metrics and reporting to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
Lead enablement projects and provide direction to project managers.
