Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support the sales organization with initial onboarding, ongoing training, and best-practice sharing to maximize the success of the outside sales team. You will build learning paths, design programs, and develop tools to enable the field, traveling to assigned branches and the Birmingham Training & Development center to deliver sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Five or more years of related experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel to training locations including Birmingham Training & Development center.

Responsibilities

• Builds and defines learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training across field sales audiences.
• Plans and participates in key training activities including new hire and ongoing sales training.
• Designs and implements metrics to measure enablement programs and impact.
