Job summary

Baseten is hiring a Field Productivity & Enablement Lead to shape how we sell, train, and coach frontline managers and reps. You will build playbooks, run enablement sessions, and ensure the CRM and tooling reinforce the sales process.

You will work with sales leadership, product, marketing, and support to define stages, qualification standards, and repeatable routines that improve ramp time, forecast accuracy, and pipeline quality across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating model.
• Define core rhythms for frontline managers (1:1s, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, coaching cadences).
• Create clear expectations for coaching and inspection of deals to drive consistency.
• Design sales process stages, exit criteria, qualification standards, and pipeline mechanics.
