Box seeks a Sales Productivity Manager to accelerate ramp time and quota attainment by delivering skills-based curricula for Account Executives, leveraging CRM analytics and AI-enabled enablement. You will design onboarding paths, run live workshops, and create practice labs to drive measurable performance improvements.

You will define KPIs such as ramp time, skill proficiency, and demo-to-win rates; build concise learning assets; and establish a cadence for onboarding, ramp, and ongoing

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement or related roles in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to design skills-based learning that improves seller performance.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills for live sessions and role-plays.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC/MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, and Command of the Message.
• Experience using coaching tools and enablement analytics (CRM/LMS).
• Project and stakeholder management across regions.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver seller productivity curriculum for Account Executives.
• Lead live training, coaching sessions, and competency assessments.
• Diagnose skill gaps using performance metrics, CRM data, and call recordings.
• Create short-form learning assets: coaching videos, microlearning, scenarios, guides.
• Manage training cadence across onboarding, ramp, and ongoing practice across regions.
• Define KPIs for training initiatives and iterate curricula.
• Leverage Box AI to accelerate onboarding and selling skills.
