Job summary

Cvent, a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider, is expanding its Sales Enablement team within Marketing and hiring at Team Lead and Assistant Team Lead levels in Tysons, VA. The role focuses on developing content and enabling field teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

You will build assets, translate messaging for various personas, and drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to improve workflows.
• Strong project management, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize product and market information into clear, actionable sales guidance.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

Responsibilities

• High-quality, on-brand enablement content delivered on time and adopted by sellers.
• Improved sales enablement platform hygiene, content discoverability, and seller engagement.
• Effective execution of launches, campaigns, and commercial programs with clear impact reporting.
• Measurable efficiency and quality gains from AI-assisted workflows, without compromising accuracy or accountability.
