Cvent, a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider, is expanding its Sales Enablement team within Marketing and hiring at Team Lead and Assistant Team Lead levels in Tysons, VA. The role focuses on developing content and enabling field teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

You will build assets, translate messaging for various personas, and drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Cvent is expanding its Sales Enablement team within Marketing and is hiring at both the Team Lead and Assistant Team Lead levels. In either role, you'll develop and execute enablement strategies and resources that help our global sales teams accelerate deals, improve win rates, and hit bookings goals, sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

In This Role, You Will:

Build and manage sales content

• Create and maintain customer-facing and internal assets, including collateral, playbooks, proposals, business case templates, presentations, email cadences, and competitive resources.


• Translate Product Marketing messaging into practical content for every stage of the buying cycle, adapted for different personas, verticals, segments, and deal stages.

Support launches, campaigns, and commercial programs

• Partner cross-functionally to develop field guidance, talk tracks, launch communications, and enablement newsletters for product launches, promotions, and partner initiatives.

Manage the enablement platform and content operations

• Maintain our sales enablement platform as the trusted destination for sales content, focusing on content governance, discoverability, and adoption.


• Deeply analyze and report on platform metrics to increase adoption and usage, improve content effectiveness, and understand sales impact.

Use AI as a daily enablement advantage

• Use approved AI tools daily to accelerate content generation, personalization, content repurposing, and seller-ready insights; build and document repeatable AI-assisted workflows.

Measure performance and improve

• Track content adoption, usage, platform health, and program performance; connect field feedback and data to actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Here’s What You Need:

Compensation and Benefits

• The estimated base salary range for Assistant Team Lead new hires into this role is $75,000-$95,000 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, relevant experience, and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package, details of which can be found.


• The estimated base salary range for Team Lead level new hires into this role is $80,000-$105,000 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, relevant experience, and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package, details of which can be found.
