Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program, focusing on coaching and development to improve productivity and sales skills across the SCS/DTS Sales organization.

The role involves regular meetings with field sales to review assessments, IDPs, and progress, with training facilitation and delivery and independent work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Seven+ years of Sales or Account Manager with successful sales and coaching experience within a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team. Curate development plans to include coaching, Coach, develop, and motivate salespeople. Follow-up on activities and sessions while evaluating progress in collaboration with sales leader.
• Consultant to the field sales leaders
• Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar. Decides on training delivery method, content and design in conjunction with the Sales Training organization.
• Provide recommendation and assistance on training content, design, and modality.
• Seek out and deploy continuous improvement opportunities based on program evaluations, leadership feedback, and sales training best practices.
