Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Coach to advance the Ryder Sales University program, partnering with field leaders to identify development opportunities and deliver targeted coaching. You will review assessments, IDPs, and progress with sales staff, delivering training with minimal supervision.

The role emphasizes independent decision making, strong facilitation skills, and aligning coaching with adult learning principles to boost productivity and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of Sales or Account Manager experience with coaching success.
• Experience in multi-channel business services and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team and curate development plans.
• Consult with field sales leaders to identify training opportunities.
• Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; design content with Sales Training.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and modality.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities based on program evaluations and leadership feedback.
