Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Sales Enablement & Change Management Specialist to drive the rollout, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of sales tools and processes within the VS&A Sales Organization.

You will coordinate change management, communications, and training to keep sellers informed and productive as new tools and workflows are introduced. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic collaboration to simplify the seller experience and boost productivity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in sales, sales support, or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate training logistics and lead large-group sessions.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary Sales Enablement contact for VS&A sales tool rollouts, Salesforce enhancements, and process changes; develop change management plans and coordinate rollout activities.
• Lead communications for VS&A Enablement, including tool announcements and newsletters; ensure clear, timely messaging across channels.
• Coordinate training activities for new VS&A tools and enablement initiatives, including scheduling and logistics; facilitate large and small group sessions.
• Represent Sales Enablement in cross-functional VS&A discussions to improve seller experience and align priorities.
