Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Enablement & Change Management Specialist to drive successful tool rollouts, adoption, and process improvements across the VS&A Sales Organization.

You will coordinate change management plans, lead communications, and facilitate training to simplify the seller experience and boost productivity, partnering with Sales Operations and business leaders.

Qualifications

• ~2+ years of experience in a sales, sales support, sales/business operations, marketing, communications, or related role.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple projects, coordinate training logistics, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Confidence in presenting to and facilitating training sessions for large groups and cross-functional teams.
• Passion for sales, process coordination, and enabling sales team success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Sales Enablement point of contact for VS&A sales tool rollouts, Salesforce enhancements, and process changes.
• Develop and execute change management plans in partnership with Sales Operations and cross-functional stakeholders, coordinating rollout activities and adoption efforts.
• Lead VS&A communications, including tool announcements, Salesforce updates, newsletters, and ongoing program messaging.
• Coordinate training activities for new VS&A sales tools and enablement initiatives, including scheduling and materials.
