Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support the outside sales team through onboarding, ongoing training, and best practice sharing. You will design learning paths, collaborate with sales leaders, and align programs with local priorities to drive performance.

Travel to branch locations and the Birmingham Training & Development center will be required to deliver sessions and support new hire training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field with 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Builds and defines learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training across field sales.
• Collaborates with sales leaders to align programs with priorities.
• Designs metrics to measure enablement impact.
• Develops sales enablement tools and materials.
• Travels to branch locations to deliver sessions and support training at the Birmingham center.
