Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit accurate estimates within deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and project requirements.
• Present estimates to clients and support in contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to confirm scope and cost.
• Stay informed on market trends and evaluate quotes for competitiveness.
