Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction estimation experience with a sales focus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM, Eng, or related field.
• Proficiency with estimation software and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical, math, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and price labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit estimates within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs.
• Provide technical guidance during client meetings and presentations.
• Develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Present estimates to clients and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up on bids to close sales and gather feedback.
