Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, or business.
• 3–5 years in construction estimation with a sales focus.
• Experience generating and closing sales in construction.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to develop cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and price labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit estimates within deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales to understand client needs.
• Provide technical guidance in client meetings and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Present estimates to clients and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up bids to close sales.
