Charlie Mike Recruiting seeks a Construction Sales Estimator in Illinois to generate accurate cost estimates for complex projects while driving new sales. You will review plans, perform takeoffs, price labor/materials, and present results to clients.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction estimating with a sales track record, strong math skills, experience with Bluebeam or PlanSwift, and proficient CRM use. This role offers commissions and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business preferred.
• Certifications in construction estimation or sales are a plus.
• 3–5 years of construction estimation experience with sales focus.

Responsabilidades

• Review project plans and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and price labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit accurate estimates within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance during client meetings and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Present estimates to clients and assist in negotiating contracts.
• Follow up on bids to close sales and gather feedback.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to confirm scope and costs.
• Monitor market trends and identify value engineering opportunities.
