Charlie Mike Recruiting is seeking a Construction Sales Estimator to generate accurate cost estimates for construction projects and drive sales opportunities. You will review plans, perform take-offs, price labor/materials, and present estimates to clients with a focus on winning new business.

The role combines technical estimating with sales acumen, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills to deliver competitive proposals and exceptional service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
Certifications in construction estimation or sales are a plus.
Minimum 3–5 years in construction estimation with a focus on sales.

Responsibilities

Review plans and specs to develop detailed cost estimates.
Take-offs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
Submit accurate estimates within deadlines.
Collaborate with sales to understand client needs.
Provide technical guidance during client meetings.
