Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. The Assistant General Manager will lead a store team, drive sales targets, and ensure outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will coach, mentor, and develop team members, handle daily operations, merchandising, and ensure store up-time. This role requires energy, leadership, and a passion for customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service or leadership experience in retail or wireless is expected.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and coach a team.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Drive store performance through training, coaching and motivation.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, inventory, and floor coverage.
