Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Set and share goals with sales teams and monitor performance.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve customer experience and closing skills.
• Manage store operations, inventory, and cash handling.
• Ensure merchandising and planogram adherence.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and store readiness.
