Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive sales targets while managing daily operations and merchandising to create an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll foster development, resolve customer issues, monitor performance, and ensure store uptime. This role requires leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Take direction from store leader on day-to-day operations.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide your team with training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Identify skill gaps and build development plans to meet sales metrics and quotas.
• Run store operations—analyze staffing, report financial data, handle cash, ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory and maintain store cleanliness and security.
• Lead store merchandising and planogram compliance.
