Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and create outstanding customer experiences. You’ll coach and develop sales specialists and oversee daily operations to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service or leadership roles in retail or wireless is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

• Coach and mentor sales associates to develop and improve performance.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure store up-time and merchandising standards.
