Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach, train, and mentor staff while managing daily operations and store merchandising.

You will work in a fast-paced, competitive environment, developing team members and ensuring targets are met. This role includes training responsibilities, schedule planning, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales targets, analyze data, and manage store operations in the GM's absence.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress with the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve selling skills and performance.
• Ensure planogram compliance and store merchandising per company standards.
• Handle customer issues and ensure smooth store transactions.
