Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coach teammates and help them reach the next level of performance.

You will manage daily operations, set goals, train staff, and oversee merchandising. Availability for evenings and weekends is required; compensation includes base pay and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
