Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in retail or wireless environment.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to reach sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team on the floor.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the team.
• Analyze store operations, inventory, and cash handling.
• Oversee store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Open/close store and ensure uptime when leadership is away.
