Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you will lead a sales team, drive customer experience, and oversee daily store operations to meet targets and ensure a premier brand presence.

You will coach team members, set clear goals, and collaborate with leadership to optimize performance, merchandising, and customer flow in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team members one-on-one.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress to meet targets and quotas.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Analyze store operations, inventory, and cash handling; ensure store up-time and merchandising compliance.
• Open/close store activities and address customer issues to maintain service standards.
