Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team. You will coach sales specialists, drive sales targets, and oversee daily operations and merchandising to create an outstanding customer experience.

You will open and close the store, set goals with the team, train staff, and ensure compliance and up-time. A strong sales background and leadership in a commissions-based environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and coach to reach sales targets.
• Drive store operations and merchandising per planogram and standards.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team and monitor KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by guiding and supporting staff.
• Analyze sales data and adjust staffing, stock, and customer flow as needed.
