Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Scheduling & Dispatch Support role in Salem, VA. You will support the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate data in systems and communicating with customers about scheduled calls and follow-ups.

You will work closely with sales and center staff to ensure timely appointments and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years' experience in customer service or a customer-facing role.
• Experience or training with computer systems in an administrative office environment; AS400 experience is desirable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Coordinates scheduling of service/maintenance calls and follows up with customers.
• Plans routes for technicians and Residential Sales Consultants to optimize efficiency.
• Updates dispatch boards and STARS modules; maintains accurate lead and appointment details.
• Calls customers to confirm arrival times and communicates changes to ensure satisfaction.
• Generates and updates sales-related tickets and documents from the residential sales process.
