Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring for a Dispatch Coordinator to support the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers. You will maintain accurate data, communicate with customers about appointments, and help resolve issues while coordinating technician routing and capacity planning.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with dispatch systems (AS400 is a plus).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service or related role preferred.
• Experience with dispatching is desirable.
• Experience with computers and office systems (AS400 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedule service, maintenance and sales calls with attention to technician availability and skill.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and changes.
• Plan routes and assign Residential Sales Consultants when needed.
• Update scheduling and lead information in the systems and produce relevant reports.
• Provide follow-up with customers after installations or services to ensure satisfaction.
