Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Dispatcher to support the sales team, service and installation staff. You will manage scheduling, route planning, and customer communications while maintaining accurate data in our systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years’ experience working in customer service or another customer-facing environment.
• Dispatcher experience desirable.
• Experience or training in the use of computers and related systems in an administrative office environment.
• Must be able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse customer population.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service calls and follow-up visits for technicians and Residential Sales Consultants.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and gather information.
• Plan routes based on technician availability, equipment, and location.
• Update STARS and related modules with scheduling details.
• Assist with lead distribution and follow-up communications.
