Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an organized Dispatcher to support the Sales Team, Technicians, and Installers. You will maintain accurate data in systems, schedule service, maintenance, and sales calls, and communicate proactively with customers to confirm appointments and updates.

In this role you will plan routes based on technician availability, customer needs, and geographic factors, update dispatch boards, and ensure follow-ups after visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and dispatching in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service, maintenance and sales calls with customers and ensure decision-maker is present.
• Call customers to remind of appointments and update on technician/installer arrival times.
• Plan routes for technicians based on availability, skills, location, and system data in STARS/Dispatch Board.
