Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC-WV LLC is seeking a dispatcher/coordinator to support the sales team, technicians, and installers. You will maintain data across systems, confirm appointments, and ensure customers are informed of schedules and changes.

The role requires strong multitasking and customer-service skills in a fast-paced HVAC environment. You will use STARS and capacity planning tools to optimize technician routes, update the dispatch board, and help maximize efficiency and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years in customer-facing roles.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Effective communication to resolve customer issues and coordinate with team.

Responsibilities
