Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Hurricane, WV seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator I to support the Sales Team, technicians, and installers by maintaining accurate data and coordinating scheduling. You will communicate with customers to confirm appointments and gather information, ensuring the right technicians are dispatched efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years’ experience working in customer service or another customer-facing environment.
• Prior dispatching experience is desirable.
• Experience using computer systems and scheduling software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Schedules service/maintenance calls and informs customers of appointment times.
• Plans and routes technicians based on availability, skills, and location.
• Maintains accurate data in systems and updates dispatch board as needed.
• Communicates clearly with customers to gather information and confirm details.
• Generates and updates daily reports and lead information for the center.
