Qualifications

• Proven track record selling telecom/technology products.
• Experience finding new business.
• Strong leadership and management of sales teams.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team of Sales Managers and their reps.
• Develop and execute a Sales Strategy to meet new revenue quota.
• Direct customer contact will comprise a major portion of the assignment.
• Coach and train the managers and sales reps in Cogent products.
