Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics seeks a dynamic Sales Director to lead business development, generate and qualify leads, and close high-value logistics deals in a fast-growing, temperature-controlled warehousing environment.

You will collaborate with management, operations and marketing to articulate Arcadia's value proposition, manage CRM (Salesforce), and drive revenue growth with uncapped commission opportunities through a strategic, field-based approach.

Qualifications

5+ years in supply chain/logistics sales.
Experience in temperature-controlled warehousing preferred.
Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Develop targeted action plans with Management, Sales & Marketing to generate new leads.
Build local/regional customer relationships with exceptional focus on service.
Sell Arcadia’s full suite of services and articulate value propositions.
Maintain accurate pricing and financials to meet margin targets.
Update Salesforce CRM with real-time contact and opportunity data.
Prepare and deliver proposals and RFP responses to prospective clients.
Collaborate with Implementation teams to onboard new accounts successfully.
