Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to generate and qualify leads, promote services, and drive revenue growth in a fast-growing, uncapped commission environment.

You will engage with management, marketing, and operations to develop targeted plans, build regional relationships, and sell the full suite of Arcadia’s services across the network—while maintaining pricing and CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain / distribution / warehousing / transportation sales experience.
• Experience in prospecting, qualification, lead generation, selling and closing new business.
• CRM experience with Salesforce.com or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads to promote Arcadia’s products and services.
• Develop local and regional relationships with customers and related parties.
• Sell the full suite of services across Arcadia’s network.
• Maintain pricing and financial metrics to meet margins.
• Update Salesforce with real-time opportunity information.
• Create and deliver professional proposals and RFP responses.
• Onboard new customers with Solutions Implementation team.
• Provide daily/weekly sales updates and KPI visibility.
• Manage individual budget and control expenses.
